Premium Valencia peanuts from eastern New Mexico, roasted in small batches in Pottsville, Pennsylvania, in flavors of our own design.
America grows four market types of peanut. The Board supports every one of them. For our own label, it chose the one at the top.
The largest kernel in the category. Ballpark-grade presence. Tasting notes: confidence, salt, a long finish.
The peanut behind most of the peanut butter in America. Uniform, dependable, criminally underappreciated.
Small, red-skinned, high in oil. Punches above its weight. Ideal for peanut brittle and hostile takeovers.
Three or more kernels per shell, bright red skins and a naturally sweet profile. Less than one percent of the U.S. crop. The peanut other peanuts report to.
The peanuts are grown in the dry, sandy soil of eastern New Mexico. They are roasted in Pottsville. Nobody else is involved in the flavor.
Every Reserve batch is roasted in small runs, to our own recipes, in flavors built around the Valencia's natural sweetness instead of covering it up. Small batches cost more to make. That is the point.
Crop of Now Reserve is not yet available for purchase. When the first batch is ready it will be announced here and in the shop. Until then, shareholders are advised to read the Valencia briefing, remain calm and continue eating peanuts.
